LunarraStar Jewellery can be securely purchased through this website, simply browse the website and click 'add to cart' on any product that you wish to buy, you may need to select drop down options first such as chain lengths.
When you are ready to pay go to 'my cart' and then ' proceed to checkout' where you can checkout as a guest or register for an account. Registering for an account means you can view your order history and status at any point in the future.
From here you will be guided through the rest of the simple process of checking out.
Payments are processed through Paypal which accepts all major credit and debit cards. Paypal is safe and secure, we only receive your contact details while all private information such as card details is kept within Paypal. You don't need to sign up for an account but if you have one it can be used.
British customers can also choose to pay by cheque, you simply select this as your payment method during checkout.
Only pay one cost for postage, every item after the first is sent free!
During checkout you will be presented with the following shipping options relating to your location.
For the UK£1.75 - Regular shipping by first class mail, this usually takes 1 to 2 working days.
£4.60 - Special Delivery Next Day, your parcel is insured against loss and guaranteed by 1pm the next day.
Europe
£2.00 - Regular shipping by airmail, this usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
£5.60 - International Signed For, this means your parcel is insured against loss.
The rest of the world
£2.50 - Regular shipping by airmail, this usually takes 3 to 5 working days.
£6.20 - International Signed For, this means your parcel is insured against loss.
Please note all orders over £50.00 have to be sent by the Insured Special delivery/International signed for option.
Returns are available on all items, except earrings which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
